If y...Kim, it is SO EASY to can peaches and apples. If you did jelly, you can do fruit in a sugar syrup with no trouble at all. Get your hands on a copy of the Ball Blue Book for canning and it'll walk you right through the process. The only thing you need is some water and sugar, the fruit, and plenty of time. (Apples do take a lot of work to can. But they're worth it!)
