I saw the first photo and was like, Julie is going to make her daughter drink this. What a great sport she is. But seriously, I want a scoby of my own! I read a novel about this guy and they kept describing the jar of kombocha he kept in a dark bottom cabinet.Wendyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04232693432045335251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5742181923651451932.post-32904193323286571872011-03-21T10:43:04.691-07:002011-03-21T10:43:04.691-07:00Congrats, Hippie ;-) LOL! Wacky... but interesting.

Ew, I just read your comment, "thinner and floppier and slid out of the jar.." and was like EW all over again. ;-/Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15974872844045084451noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5742181923651451932.post-81132022766406886942011-03-20T14:57:33.112-07:002011-03-20T14:57:33.112-07:00Hmm, well, I definitely have a baby one already. Y...Hmm, well, I definitely have a baby one already. You can see in the top pic the small one - the one you gave me on top, and the 'baby' is actually much larger, the size of the full gallon jar around. It's a lot thinner and floppier, but it slid out of the jar separate from the one you gave me. I'm gonna give it to Katie and let her have a go at it. :-)Juliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02821307241859156967noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5742181923651451932.post-68636458445438119222011-03-20T14:13:14.728-07:002011-03-20T14:13:14.728-07:00You are very welcome dear. And I really love being able to make my own for only the price of the tea and sugar.Just Mehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17146305167777997229noreply@blogger.com
